The annual bazaar for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities was held at the Peace Center in Bethlehem from December 3 to 5. This three-day event embodied a deep sense of solidarity and responsibility toward our community in Gaza, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities affected by the ongoing crisis. The funds were specifically allocated to the Prosthetic Limbs Project, implemented by the Shepherd Society in partnership with the Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR). Through this project, we aim to provide essential prosthetic care for children and adults who have lost their limbs, helping them regain mobility, independence, and a renewed sense of dignity. The bazaar not only raised crucial support but also served as a platform to increase awareness and encourage community engagement in improving the lives of those most in need.
