As part of the ongoing partnership between Shepherd Society and QADER for Community Development Foundation, QADER has provided new equipment and appliances for Shepherd Society’s kitchen, helping increase its efficiency and capacity to prepare and serve more meals.
As part of this collaboration, Shepherd Society provides employment opportunities in the kitchen for beneficiaries of QADER with disabilities, supporting their skills, inclusion, and active participation in the community.
Together, this partnership is creating greater opportunities and building a more inclusive community.
