During the attacks on Gaza, the West Bank also faced significant hardships, with many individuals and breadwinners losing their jobs. In response, the Shepherd Society took on the responsibility of helping those affected by the war find new employment. However, job opportunities in Bethlehem and surrounding districts are limited compared to the number of job seekers and graduates. Through its employment project, the Shepherd Society has helped more than 300 people secure jobs, providing essential support to those seeking new opportunities. In addition, the organization distributed food packages to communities in Bethlehem and Gaza to assist those in need.
