life under the Israeli occupation over the past several decades has devastated the Palestinian economy. Road closures, the separation barrier, and a decrease in the tourism industry have disabled many Palestinians from finding jobs in the West Bank and Gaza. Giving grants to the people who have the ability and the will to run their own projects is one of the main programs to let the people rely on their own income and develop the community, also to show initiative, and have the determination, to start their own business by receiving the necessary resources (i.e., machinery), offering them long-term sustainability.. We have many clients at the Shepherd Society who are eager and willing to work if given the opportunity. If you would like to donate, please click here. Please contact us for more information on how you can help Palestinians start their own business and provide for their families.
